I’ve decided to enlist you, my readers, in helping me out with recipe testing. It’s simple. About once a month I’ll have a new recipe to test. Recipe testers will make the recipe exactly as given, and then test it for how well it freezes, how long it can remain frozen without suffering in quality, etc. All you have to do then is email me at sharirogers@thebountifulfreezer.com with your findings. If, after the initial testing period is over, you feel as though any changes should be made to the original recipe, let me know.
To sign up to be a recipe tester, just send an email to the address above with your name and email, the types of recipes you’d like to test, and how many servings you’re looking to make in an average recipe. Information such as food allergies or sensitivities would be very helpful, too. You can even send me pictures of how your dishes turn out!
Anyone can make any of the recipes I post and let me know how it goes. I would ask that you first test the recipe as given, and then you can make any changes for subsequent batches. Post a comment on the recipe’s page, at the bottom of this page, or email me at the above address to let me know how things go for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
